Job Description
Lead the Charge in Senior Care: Physician Opportunity in Los Angeles Tired of the "revolving door" of modern medicine? We're looking for a visionary Physician to join our elite team in Los Angeles, CA. Here, we believe that true healing happens when doctors have the time to truly listen. We've traded high-volume quotas for a value-based model that prioritizes the health and dignity of our seniors above all else. A Practice Designed for Impact Step into a role where you are the clinical architect of patient wellness. Leading an interdisciplinary squad of specialists, you will craft bespoke care strategies that empower our elderly community to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. Deep Connections: A capped daily caseload of 8–10 patients ensures you can focus on quality care. Reclaim Your Evenings: A predictable M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule with minimal, phone-only on-call duties. Community-First Focus: No hospital rounds required—your expertise stays where the patients are. Grow with Us: A defined path toward Medical Directorship for those ready to lead the future of healthcare. Rewarding Your Dedication We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your life as much as you support our patients: Highly competitive base salary + quarterly performance incentives. 35 total days of paid leave to ensure you stay refreshed. Premium health, dental, and vision plans. 401(k) with a robust employer match. Malpractice (with tail) and relocation support. Generous CME budget and clear mentorship for professional growth. What You'll Do Deliver clinical excellence through comprehensive in-person evaluations. Spearhead holistic care plans in collaboration with your dedicated IDT team. Manage critical care transitions and long-term placement for seniors. Champion patient needs within the Medicare/Medi-Cal framework. Candidate Qualifications We are searching for compassionate, licensed Physicians (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) who are ready to make a tangible difference in Los Angeles. Whether you are a seasoned expert or a fresh resident with a heart for service, we want to hear from you. Ready to Join Us? If you're ready to redefine healthcare in LA, send your CV to gethired@seasonedrecruitment.com or schedule a time to speak with our team directly here: https://calendly.com/seasoned-recruitment/telephone-screening
