Introduction

SublityJobs is operated by DigitalArchitect com, Inc. ("DigitalArchitect.com," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you use SublityJobs. In this policy, "Organization" means an employer, recruiting firm or recruiter that uses SublityATS.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your profile with an Organization only as described in this policy, with service providers that process information on our behalf, and where the law requires.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number and birthdate.
2. Profile Information: The work experience, education, licenses, certifications, resume, availability date, career search status, roles, locations and remote preferences you add to your profile.
3. Usage Data: How you interact with SublityJobs, including IP addresses, browser types and access times.

How You Become Connected to an Organization

You can become connected to an Organization in two ways. You can apply to one of its jobs, or the Organization can add you to its own database. An Organization that adds you holds the information it collected under its own privacy practices. If the Organization uses SublityJobs, we may link its record of you to your SublityJobs profile so that you can manage that relationship here.

What You Share With an Organization, and When

For each Organization, you decide whether it receives updates to your profile, and you can change that at any time. This is off for every relationship, however it starts: you apply to a job, an Organization adds you, or you respond to a job opportunity or document request. It turns on only when you choose.

When it is on, new work experience, education, licenses and certifications that you add to your profile are shared with that Organization, and the Organization can see your availability date and career search status. Your phone number and email address are never shared this way. An Organization receives them only when you apply to one of its jobs and choose to share them. We never automatically share your documents.

Your Controls

For each Organization you can turn profile updates and notifications on or off, set how often you receive job alerts, and pause alerts until a date you choose. You can require your approval before a search firm submits you for a job, and you can exclude an Organization such as your current employer.

Turning profile updates off stops future updates. It does not remove information an Organization has already received, which you can ask that Organization to delete.

How We Match You to Jobs

You choose your roles from a standard list and set the locations, remote preferences and availability you want considered. Recruiters attach the roles they will accept to each job. We use these to match you to jobs and send job alerts.

We use artificial intelligence, provided by a third-party AI model provider, to read your resume and fill in your profile, to suggest roles, to help customers set up their workflows and to draft cover letters. You and the recruiter can correct any suggested role. Artificial intelligence does not decide whether you are hired. Hiring decisions are made by people at the employer.

How We Use Your Information

1. Service Provision: To provide and maintain SublityJobs, including matching and job alerts.
2. Communication: To send you administrative messages and the notifications you have turned on.
3. Improvement: To customize your experience and improve our services.

Marketing

If an Organization you work with turns on SublityJobs, we may send you an email introducing SublityJobs and inviting you to create a profile and manage your relationship with that Organization. You choose whether to hear from each Organization, how often and how, and you can opt out at any time. We send no other marketing about our services to contacts that customers upload. Messages from an Organization follow your notification settings.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or enforce our Terms.

Keeping and Deleting Your Information

You can edit your profile at any time. To close your account or ask us to delete your information, contact privacy@digitalarchitect.com. We will respond within 30 days. Organizations keep their own records under their own policies, so contact them directly to ask them to delete a copy they hold.

Security

We use encryption in transit and role-based access controls to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure your data is protected according to this Privacy Policy.

Children

SublityJobs is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will post changes on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will notify you before it takes effect.
